This statutory meeting is being held to consider amendments respecting Housing Regulations.
Council currently holds its meetings at the Town of Essex Municipal Building.
Public Attendance:
This meeting will be available for members of the public to attend in person or watch via livestream at https://www.youtube.com/user/EssexOntario. Please note there is limited space for in person attendees.
The livestream for this meeting is available at https://www.youtube.com/user/EssexOntario. The stream will be made live approximately 5 minutes before the start of the meeting and accordingly the meeting will not appear on the YouTube account page until then.
Delegations:
Delegations may appear in-person or electronically. Any person who wishes to be a delegation must submit a Delegation Request Form https://webforms.essex.ca/Clerks/Delegation-Request-Formno later than 2PM on the Tuesday immediately preceding the date of the Council Meeting.
Any person who wishes to speak as a delegation on a matter that relates specifically to an item on the published agenda shall submit a Delegation Request to the Clerk’s Office no later than 4:30 PM on the Friday immediately preceding the date of the Council Meeting.
As always before you request to appear before Council, please consider discussing your concerns firstly with a member of Town Staff or your Council Member. If you are placed on the agenda as a delegation, you will be contacted and provided with details/instructions for joining the meeting in-person or electronically.
